Update on demolition
Following the most recent Public Meeting, Barratt has been working with the Local Authority and Squibb Group, their demolition contractor, to prepare an appropriate demolition plan for Darwin Green, which has as little impact on existing residents and the wider environment and community as possible.
We can confirm that the demolition proposals for Phase 2 of Darwin Green have been submitted to Greater Cambridge Shared Planning as three separate applications in relation to the demolition works. To view the separate applications please click on the links below:

Updates regarding the demolition will be posted on our website including revised dates and information on mitigation for noise and dust.
