The construction of Darwin Green, a brand-new community in North West Cambridge, is underway. Barratt David Wilson is committed to keeping the local community updated about the works we are undertaking on site. This website has been established to keep you up to date on the progress of the construction.
Please note: According to the planning permission granted for Darwin Green as part of the compliance for construction work on site, the times listed below are the operational hours:
- 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.
- 8am-1pm on Saturday.
- No construction work on Sundays or bank/public holidays.
It should also be noted that no collections or deliveries will be made to the site during the demolition and construction stages as outlined below:
- No deliveries or collections on Sunday or bank/public holidays unless agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
- No deliveries or collections outside the hours of 10am-2pm from Monday-Saturday.
